Thank you, Idaho

Since launching our campaign nearly 18 months ago, I’ve had the privilege of traveling across this beautiful state, attending hundreds of events and listening to thousands of Idahoans share their stories. I’ve heard about their struggles, hopes for the future, and the reasons they are proud to call Idaho home.

Idahoans deserve a leader who has not forgotten them.

We believe in hard work, caring for our neighbors, protecting the lands we love, and thinking for ourselves. These aren’t Republican or Democratic values. They’re Idaho values.

Like many of you, I’m profoundly concerned with a national two-party political system that is more interested in raising money than solving problems. Loyalty to party agendas while ignoring the concerns of everyday Americans is unacceptable. This chapter of bickering, negativity, loyalty tests, and desperation to stay in office belongs in history books.

I chose to run for the United States Senate as an Independent because I love this country and have a duty to leave it in a better place for future generations.

From day one as Idaho’s next US Senator, I will work for the people of Idaho and not political parties or Washington insiders. Every decision I make will be guided by what is best for the Idahoans I was elected to serve. After 18 years of the same tired, weak leadership, imagine finally having a Senator that actually works for everyday Idahoans to improve affordability, end reckless wars, and protect public lands. Imagine being represented by someone who is accountable to the people, holds public town halls, takes tough questions, refuses dark money, and who votes with Idahoans in mind instead of what’s best for him. It’s possible, and that time is now.

Throughout my life, I’ve tried to approach every challenge with humility, integrity, and a commitment to service.

At 19, when I joined the U.S. Army, I raised my right hand and swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. I served as a tank commander in the Persian Gulf, where I learned the true cost of freedom and the responsibilities that come with being an American.

After returning home, I built a career in business, leading global teams at Fortune 500 companies and small startups. I saw firsthand the extraordinary and powerful opportunities created by American free markets. Later, I returned to the classroom to help prepare the next generation of leaders and share what it means to be an American.

Every chapter of my life has reinforced my belief in individual liberties, economic freedom, personal responsibility, and public service.

Traveling across Idaho has also taught me that agreement isn’t a requirement for respect. We won’t see eye to eye on every issue, and that’s okay. What matters is that we listen to one another, look for common ground, and always remember who our elected officials are supposed to serve.

As this campaign ends, I want to thank the thousands of Idahoans who have welcomed me into their communities, shared their experiences, clarified my priorities in Washington, and reminded me why public service matters. We are an extraordinary state with exceptional people living by Idaho values of small government, fiscal responsibility and respect for our neighbors.

On November 3rd, you have a choice about the future of our state and its representation in Washington. With gratitude and humility, I ask for your vote.

Thank you, Idaho.
